At The Lawson Love Real Estate, we are seeking a creative and dependable video editor to produce engaging, high-quality content on a weekly basis for our social media platforms. This position is well-suited for individuals who prefer to work independently, manage their own schedules, and develop alongside our team into roles with greater responsibilities. The role also requires participating in weekly meetings scheduled according to the Pacific Time Zone. For reference, you can view our company's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alex thelawsonloverealestate/ 📆 Weekly Deliverables: - Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): 5 - Long-form video (YouTube/long-form): 1 - Educational carousels: 2 - Memes: 3 Total: 11 pieces of content per week Terms 💸 - Pay: hourly, flexible schedule (you decide when you work, as long as weekly deliverables are met) and in dollars. - Delivery: weekly, on fixed dates to be coordinated - Tools: CapCut, Premiere, or Canva (your preference, as long as the output is professional) 📍Responsibilities: - Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, dynamic cuts, captions, and hooks that retain viewers in the first 3 seconds - Produce 1 long-form video with a clear narrative structure - Design 2 educational carousels (script + visual design consistent with brand identity) - Create 3 memes that are relevant and on-tone with the audience - Maintain visual consistency with brand identity (colors, typography, tone) 👇🏼 How to Apply: - Send your CV to: lenaalbino.va@gmail.com Also, add your portfolio (short-form videos, a carousel, or an account you've managed) - Applications without Portfolio or Resume will be automatically rejected. - Applications will be received until July 10th.

📍Requirements - Proven experience editing for social media (portfolio required) - Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar - Good eye for current format and pacing trends on TikTok/Instagram/YouTube - Meets deadlines without needing constant follow-up - Example of an ideal candidate: someone already editing for 1-2 creators or brands, who delivers on time, and can show a Reel with 10K+ views of their own or a carousel with strong save/engagement numbers.
