📍Role Overview The Video Editor will execute high-quality, performance-driven video content across ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, platform-optimized content that enhances brand storytelling, improves product presentation, and drives audience engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate has strong experience editing short-form, social-first content and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This role works closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, and Content teams to deliver polished video assets aligned with the brand’s visual identity and campaign goals. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production: - Edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, website content, and paid campaigns. - Produce multiple content cuts and variations for testing and optimization purposes. - Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards in pacing, color, composition, and overall visual polish. Content Optimization: - Adapt and format content for platform-specific performance, including aspect ratios, pacing, hooks, captions, and formatting requirements. - Optimize edits for engagement metrics such as retention, watch time, and click-through rate. - Support A/B testing initiatives by creating variations of high-performing content. Creative Execution: - Translate creative direction into strong visual storytelling aligned with the brand voice and aesthetic. - Enhance footage with motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, transitions, and effects where appropriate. - Maintain consistency across all video outputs while continuously elevating creative quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to execute campaign deliverables. - Collaborate closely with Content Creators to transform raw footage into high-performing assets. - Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate based on team input and content performance. Workflow & Asset Management: - Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and exports for efficient retrieval and workflow management. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. - Maintain clean file structures and version control across projects. Trend Awareness & Innovation: - Stay current on editing trends, platform behaviors, and emerging content formats. - Proactively recommend new editing styles, creative approaches, and content formats.

Requisitos

Experience: - 2–4 years of video editing experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or ecommerce environments. - Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first video content. - Experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. - Experience with motion graphics, captions, and performance-focused editing styles. Skills - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Experience with After Effects is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - High attention to detail and strong creative quality standards. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and iterate quickly. - Passion for fashion, trends, and digital content creation.
