Spanish Bilingual E-commerce Assistant

👩🏻‍💻Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual E-commerce Assistant to support our growing online business based in Wales, UK. In this role, you will manage product listings, perform image matching, and handle written customer communication across eBay, WooCommerce, and Amazon. Working part-time from home, you will collaborate with our daytime team to ensure seamless store operations and timely customer responses. This is a long-term independent contractor position requiring 20–34 hours per week during evening hours in the UK.

📍Requirements -Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment, preferably with eBay and WooCommerce Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish -High level of attention to detail, particularly when matching images and allocating products -Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously -Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Familiarity with online marketplace workflows and customer service best practices 👀Responsibilities -Perform image matching to ensure product listings are accurate and visually consistent across platforms -Allocate and categorise products correctly within the web shop and marketplace listings -Respond to customer enquiries promptly via WhatsApp, email, and website messaging -Manage and maintain eBay listings, including order processing and customer communication -Support WooCommerce web shop operations including order tracking and updates -Assist with Amazon marketplace tasks as needed
