🫵🏻Qualifications ✅Experience -3–5 years of experience in growth marketing with an emphasis on creative strategy and paid media. -Experience in a US-based company in B2C with a preference for people who have sold products (not services) with a price point of 39-90 USD. -Experience in paid performance marketing for B2C companies in the US selling CPG is a must. -Experience managing paid advertising across Meta, Google, and YouTube. -Experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies. -Experience leading media planning and buying initiatives. -Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, product, and engineering teams. -Experience working within high-growth or startup environments. -Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members. -Experience managing marketing performance reporting and forecasting.
