Senior Executive Recruiter

👩🏻‍💻This is an internal role and we are looking for a highly experienced Executive Recruiter to lead executive-level searches for high-growth and established U.S.-based companies. This is a consultative, client-facing role that combines strategic search planning, executive stakeholder management, and proactive talent acquisition. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you will partner directly with founders, CEOs, boards, and hiring managers to define search strategies, align on leadership requirements, and identify exceptional executive talent. You will own the full search lifecycle, from intake and market mapping through sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and successful placement. The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting for C-level and senior leadership positions, thrives in a fast-paced search environment, and has a proven track record of placing executive talent across multiple international markets

🛄Requirements 📍5+ years of experience recruiting for C-level and executive leadership positions for U.S.-based companies. 📍Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across a variety of industries and functions. 📍Strong experience conducting intake calls and consulting directly with hiring managers, founders, and executive stakeholders. 📍Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage passive executive talent. 📍Experience recruiting across multinational markets, particularly in Latin America, Europe, and/or Africa. 📍Excellent understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and talent intelligence. 📍Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with senior executives and clients. 📍Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities. 📍Experience managing multiple executive searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness. 📍Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
