Day-to-day, this person owns packaging design from concept through production, partners with marketing and manufacturing teams to keep visual systems consistent across packaging, retail, and campaign assets, and presents creative direction to internal stakeholders. Requirements Must-Have -3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction -Demonstrated portfolio of shipped packaging work across consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG categories -Working knowledge of packaging structural design, materials, and print production processes (dielines, substrates, ink types) -Experience developing and extending brand identity systems across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints -Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging production and brand collateral -Experience briefing and directing external creative or production vendors -English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing stakeholder presentation required) Nice-to-Have -Experience leading creative projects from strategy through full execution -Background working with global or international consumer brands -Familiarity with retail merchandising and display design -Proficiency with 3D visualization tools (Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D) or Figma for cross-functional collaboration -Direct experience collaborating with packaging manufacturers and production partners
