🧑🏻💻A boutique federal immigration law practice with more than 25 years of experience is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys and senior paralegals across the full case lifecycle for business, investor, and family-based immigration matters.
The firm serves entrepreneurs, corporations, and families navigating complex U.S. immigration processes, and has built a technology-forward, AI-integrated practice where tools like Claude and Perplexity are used daily to streamline casework. The team operates in a close-knit, high-communication culture that values initiative and open collaboration over rigid hierarchy.
👩🏻💻About the Role
As an Immigration Paralegal, you'll build and maintain digital case files, draft USCIS forms and exhibit lists, input and track case data across cloud-based platforms, and coordinate client communications by email and video call. You'll join scheduled attorney calls to take notes and surface case details in real time, and support petition assembly under attorney direction.

Requisitos
📩Requirements
✅1–3 years of administrative, operations, legal support, or office experience
✅Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and handling
✅Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM and document management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, or comparable)
✅Experience preparing, organizing, and reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
✅Experience coordinating client communication through email and video calls (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
✅B2+ English (CEFR) for direct, client-facing written and verbal communication

🫵🏻Prior U.S. immigration law or USCIS-related experience
🫵🏻Familiarity with immigration or legal case management systems (Docketwise, Litify, or Neos)
🫵🏻Previous law firm experience in any practice area
🫵🏻Spanish fluency in addition to English
🫵🏻Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity) in professional workflows
