Role Overview Pearl Talent places exceptional operators from the Philippines and Latin America into roles at growing companies across the US and Europe. We run a lean, fast-moving TA team, and our recruiters and sourcers are focused on one thing: finding great talent. That only works if the operational layer underneath it is airtight. That's where this role comes in. As Recruitment Coordinator, you're the connective tissue for the TA team. You keep our boards accurate, our data clean, our follow-ups closed, and our process documented, so recruiters can spend their time recruiting instead of chasing logistics. What We're Looking For -Experience working at a fast-paced startup. -1+ years in a coordination, operations, or project management role. -Recruiting or TA experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is a track record of owning follow-through in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment (agency ops, EA/chief-of-staff work, program coordination, client ops). -High attention to detail with the ability to communicate the big picture to stakeholders. -Proactive and autonomous.
