QA Engineer

👩🏻‍💻Role Overview As a Senior QA Engineer, you will establish and lead the company's quality assurance initiatives from the ground up. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating scalable QA frameworks, testing product releases, establishing testing standards, and serving as a key quality partner to product managers, developers, and designers. 📍You will test both internal systems and consumer-facing digital experiences while building the processes used to report, track, and resolve product issues. This role is ideal for an experienced QA professional who can bring structure to an environment where formal QA systems are still being developed and take ownership of product quality throughout the release lifecycle.

📊🫵🏻Experience ✅5+ years of dedicated Quality Assurance experience. ✅Experience testing web applications, internal tools, and high-conversion landing pages. ✅Proven experience designing and implementing QA systems, processes, and workflows from scratch. ✅Experience managing testing and bug-tracking workflows using Jira and Asana. ✅Experience testing direct-to-consumer web experiences and conversion funnels. ✅Experience conducting manual software testing, with exposure to automated testing considered valuable as the QA function evolves.
