Project Accounting Associate

The Project Accounting Associate reports directly to the Project Accounting Supervisor. The Project Accounting Associate is responsible for financial and administrative aspects of the project from beginning to end in collaboration with Project Managers. The Project Accounting Associate fosters good working relationships with Project Managers, Management, fellow employees, customers and vendors. The Project Accounting Associate has a broad knowledge in multiple aspects of information technology, and possesses the capabilities of communicating deliverables to customers, internal and external. The Project Accounting Associate is capable of independent work on tasks associated with specific aspects of projects. 🚨 The Project Accounting Associate MUST: • Provide a positive “Can-Do” attitude and show positivity through teamwork • Deliver excellent customer service skills • Ability to respond to information requests • Troubleshoot account issues • Participate in mandatory training programs 💡Responsibilities/Duties: • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, standards and safety rules. • Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by manager • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligations

📍Experience/Education: • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university • At least 5 years’ experience and/or job-related experience • Equivalent combination of education/job experience 👇🏼 Special Requirements: • Customer service skills is a must. • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem- solving capabilities. • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging and motivating. • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
