Marketing & Growth Specialist

Role Overview 👩🏻‍💻The Marketing & Growth Specialist will be responsible for owning the company’s day-to-day marketing strategy and execution across customer acquisition, paid media, content, social media, lifecycle marketing, local-market growth, and analytics. 🧑🏻‍💻This is a hands-on, full-funnel role for a marketing generalist who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. The Marketing & Growth Manager will develop acquisition strategies, launch and optimize campaigns, create content, manage email and SMS initiatives, improve the customer journey, and use performance data to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple digital marketing channels and understands how to connect marketing activity to registrations, customer activation, purchases, retention, and revenue. 📩Experience🫵🏻 ✅5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, marketplace marketing, retail marketing, or a similar environment. ✅Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns. ✅Experience creating and managing organic social media content and short-form video. ✅Experience managing email marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns. ✅Experience developing customer acquisition strategies and optimizing performance across the marketing funnel. ✅Experience working with large customer databases or sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs is a plus. ✅Experience managing Google Ads is strongly preferred. ✅Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, auctions, or businesses with frequently changing inventory is highly valuable. ✅Experience supporting multiple local or regional markets, geo-targeted growth, local-market launches, partnerships, or community marketing is a plus.
