Influencer Marketing Specialist

🧑🏻‍💻The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company’s existing Influencer Marketing Manager with the day-to-day execution and expansion of influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs. 👩🏻‍💻This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a strategic leadership position. 📊Experience📩 🫵🏻3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media, or a related field. 🫵🏻Hands-on experience researching, sourcing, and conducting outreach to influencers and creators. 🫵🏻Experience communicating and negotiating directly with influencers and/or talent agencies. 🫵🏻Experience supporting influencer partnerships from initial outreach through campaign execution and follow-up. 🫵🏻Experience managing multiple creator relationships, conversations, contracts, and campaign timelines simultaneously. 🫵🏻Experience with DTC, CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or other consumer brands is a plus. 🫵🏻Experience supporting affiliate or brand ambassador programs is highly valuable. 🫵🏻Experience providing light creative or content support is a plus. 🫵🏻Email marketing experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
