As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage and optimize the hiring process, ensuring qualified candidates are efficiently identified, screened, and moved through the recruitment pipeline while supporting the organization's continued growth. 🛄Role Overview The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, candidate sourcing and screening, outbound candidate outreach, interview coordination, and recruitment process management. The Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an organized, efficient, and positive hiring experience while maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting the company's talent acquisition goals. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting and ATS management.

📍Qualifications Experience ✅2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources. ✅Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ✅Experience importing and organizing candidate data within an ATS. ✅Experience conducting candidate screening and outbound recruiting calls. ✅Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment pipelines. ✅Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is preferred. 📊Skills 🫵🏻Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 🫵🏻Strong organizational and time management skills. 🫵🏻Strong outbound calling and candidate engagement skills. 🫵🏻Excellent candidate screening and interviewing abilities. 🫵🏻Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously. 🫵🏻Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. 🫵🏻Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 🫵🏻Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
