๐ก The role:
We're hiring one person to own growth end-to-end. This is not an entry-level seat, and it is not a
role we train you into.
This is the seat for someone who deeply understands growth AND AI systems. You know how
to take an offer to market, how to scale an acquisition engine, and how to architect the AI
systems underneath it. You have done this before, either as the founder of your own company
or as the growth person inside someone else's company who actually drove the number from
seven figures to multiple 8 figures.
You are walking into traction. We have a working funnel, a stack, paid spend already in market,
and clients closing every week. Your job is to take what is already working and compound it.
Find the leverage points, fix what is broken, and scale what converts.
Twelve months in, success is simple. You have grown new revenue from good-fit customers,
and you have built an acquisition engine that compounds without us adding headcount.
You will report directly to Ryan (founder/CEO) and have the full weight of our engineering and AI
team behind you.
๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ป What you will own
- Paid acquisition. Meta first, then Google, YouTube, and wherever the data points next. Budget,
targeting, creative testing, performance. You are in the ad account daily and you are also
thinking three moves ahead.
- Go-to-market. Offers, positioning, audience, channel mix. You understand growth as a system,
not a checklist. You know how to walk into an existing engine and find the next 3x.
- The full funnel. Landing pages, lead magnets, booking flow, show rate, sales handoff.
Conversion at every step.
- Data discipline. You understand the importance of clean tracking and accurate reporting
because the algorithm and the team can only act on what they can see. You make sure the data
is honest.
- Creative direction. Hooks, scripts, UGC, founder content. You brief and direct the creative
team because you know what actually converts.
- Building. When the stack doesn't do what you need, you roll up your sleeves. Today that looks
like Claude Code, Cursor, custom agents, internal tools, automation. You treat agents as a team
you build and direct, not a feature you switch on. You ship.
- Numbers. CAC, booked calls, show rate, close rate, payback. Weekly. No vanity metrics.
๐ Your first 90 daysโจ
- First 30 days. Learn the engine and make the data honest.
- Get inside the ad account, funnel, and tracking. Audit the whole engine end to end and
fix the reporting so every number you act on is one you trust.
- Establish the real baseline across CAC, booked calls, show rate, close rate, and
payback, and pinpoint the biggest leaks and the highest-leverage points.
- Ship your first creative, audience, and funnel tests, and stand up the AI workflows that let
you move faster than a traditional team would.
๐ Days 30 to 60. Build and start compounding.
-Scale what converts, cut what doesn't, and start moving the core numbers, not just
running tests.
- Build the system layer of agents, internal tools, and validation layers so one person
produces the output of a team at a quality you put your name on.
- Tighten the full funnel from landing page to lead magnet to booking flow to sales handoff
so more spend turns into qualified, booked calls.
๐ Days 60 to 90. Scale it and prove the number.
- Deliver clear net new revenue from good-fit customers. That is the number that matters.
- Have a compounding acquisition engine running, with the AI infrastructure underneath it
built to scale spend without adding headcount.
- Open the next channel once Meta is humming, whether that's Google, YouTube, or
wherever the data points.
- Bring a sharp point of view on offers, positioning, and where the next 3x comes from.

Requisitos
๐The non-negotiables:
- 5+ years owning growth and paid acquisition, with at least one engagement at
- $100K+/month USD in spend for a US or English-speaking market
- B2B lead gen for founders and CEOs. Not B2C ecom, not enterprise.
- AI-native, genuinely. You have rebuilt how you work around tools like Claude, Cursor,
and agents, and you have shipped real things with them. This is the heart of the role,
and it is where we will spend the most time when we talk.
- Native or near-native written English with cultural fluency for the US founder market
- You work US Pacific business hours. Full overlap with our day, not a slice of it.
๐กThe rare combinations we want:
-Strategy and execution. You can architect a GTM motion and you can also sit in the ad
account on a Tuesday and find the leak yourself.
- Performance and product. You can run a $100K/month ad account and contribute to
product, partnerships, and offer design in the same week.
- Paid and PLG. You understand both how to buy growth and how to engineer it
organically.
