📍The Graphic Designer will lead both the execution and direction of creative projects, bridging hands-on design work with strategic art direction. This role requires a proactive and concept-driven professional who can take ownership of projects from ideation through final delivery, while ensuring brand consistency and high production quality across all channels. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Conceptual Thinking: - Lead and define visual direction for campaigns, brand projects, and digital experiences - Generate original creative concepts and expand on briefs with a clear point of view - Present well-reasoned creative directions and incorporate feedback independently Hands-On Design Execution: - Design digital advertising assets for paid social, display, and other channels - Create print materials including brochures, collateral, and large-format assets - Develop high-performing email templates aligned with best practices - Design proposals and pitch decks with strong narrative flow and visual clarity Web & UX/UI: - Map user flows and design responsive layouts across breakpoints - Apply UX/UI principles to improve hierarchy and interaction patterns - Design within technical constraints and collaborate effectively with development teams Brand Development: - Evolve and maintain brand identity systems across digital and print - Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints - Develop and refine brand guidelines as needed - AI-Powered Creative Tools - Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, LTX, or similar for pre-production workflows - Apply AI for storyboarding, animatics, and creative exploration - Evaluate where AI adds value versus traditional tools for final deliverables - Stay current with emerging AI tools and incorporate them into workflows Collaboration & Quality: - Partner with stakeholders and clients, presenting and defending creative decisions - Mentor junior designers in an informal capacity - Own production quality, ensuring deliverables are final and review-ready

Requisitos

💼 Experience: - 2+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in an agency or client-services environment - Proven experience leading creative projects from concept through execution - Experience working across digital and print design ⚙️ Skills: - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools - Strong understanding of print production standards, including bleed/trim, color management, and prepress preparation - Strong knowledge of responsive web design and UX/UI principles - Experience with HubSpot CMS (preferred) - Knowledge of email design best practices and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp - Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills - Strong attention to detail and production quality - Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level - Strong collaboration and presentation skills 💡 What Success Looks Like: - High-quality, concept-driven creative work that elevates projects beyond initial briefs - Consistent brand execution across all digital and print touchpoints - Strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders, with clear and confident communication - Efficient integration of AI tools to enhance creative workflows - Delivery of polished, production-ready assets with minimal revisions
