The CPG Retail Sales Manager will support and manage relationships with retail buyers, wholesale partners, and brokers while helping drive retail growth initiatives across key accounts. This role will focus on account coordination, retailer communication, sales presentations, wholesale operations, and supporting strategies that improve distribution, shelf placement, and retail performance.

Key Responsibilities
✅Account Management & Customer Development
✅Oversee ongoing management of key retail accounts to support growth and retention.
✅Coordinate retailer follow-ups, meetings, and ongoing account communication.
✅Organize pricing sheets, sell sheets, retailer documentation, and product information.
✅Create and update sales decks, retailer presentations, and supporting materials.
✅Prepare materials and communication for retail meetings and partnership discussions.
✅Develop strategies to increase velocities, expand SKU assortment, and improve shelf placement.
✅Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
✅Partner closely with brokers and retail partners on reorders, promotions, and performance reviews.
✅Act as a strategic partner to retail customers by providing insights and category expertise.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Experience
📊3+ years of experience within CPG / FMCG / consumer retail environments
📊Familiarity working within US-based food companies or distributors, retail, or ecommerce environments.
📊Experience supporting wholesale partnerships or retail accounts preferred.
📊Strong understanding of retail math and pricing, to support product pricing and the maintenance of price lists
Skills
-Strong communication and relationship management skills.
-Comfortable creating presentations and retailer-facing materials.
-Highly organized with strong operational follow-through.
-Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
-Detail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-up habits.
