Bookkeeper & Financial Analyst (Part-time)

🧑🏻‍💻The Bookkeeper & Financial Analyst will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities while supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. 👩🏻‍💻The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, monitoring performance against budget, preparing financial reports, and helping leadership identify important trends, discrepancies, risks, and areas requiring attention.This is a hands-on and analytical role suited to someone who can maintain accurate books while also interpreting financial information and providing meaningful insights to leadership. 📊Qualifications 📲Experience 🫵🏻 5+ years of relevant bookkeeping, accounting, financial analysis, or accounting operations experience preferred. 🫵🏻 Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities. 🫵🏻 Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. 🫵🏻 Experience independently identifying and investigating accounting discrepancies. 🫵🏻 Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense management. 🫵🏻 Experience working independently and taking ownership of accounting responsibilities. 🫵🏻 Experience supporting a growing business is a plus.
