👩🏻‍💻🧑🏻‍💻Role Overview The Appointment Setter will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and auto-dialed calls, engaging prospective customers, and converting conversations into qualified, scheduled appointments. This role is highly execution-focused and operates within a fast-paced, call center-style environment where success is driven by consistency, efficiency, and the ability to follow structured processes.

🫵🏻Qualifications 📊Experience -2+ years of experience in appointment setting, call center, or high-volume inbound/outbound roles -Experience in home services, home improvement, or similar industries (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, remodeling) strongly preferred -Experience working with auto-dialers or predictive dialer systems preferred ✅Skills -Strong verbal communication skills with clear, neutral English -Ability to control and guide conversations efficiently toward booking outcomes -Comfortable handling high call volume with speed and consistency -Strong listening skills and ability to follow structured scripts naturally -Process-driven and execution-focused mindset rather than sales-driven -Comfortable working within structured systems and clear KPIs -Resilient, consistent, and able to manage repetitive tasks effectively -Coachable, adaptable, and responsive to feedback and change
