Assistant Launch is building out its AI Academy, and we're looking for someone to fully own it. This person will lead our internal AI transformation by developing curriculum and teaching our talent — and making sure what we teach shows up as real value our clients can see.
You already have a following in the AI space; you're obsessed with the latest tools and techniques, and teaching and community-building aren't new skills for you — they're what you already do.
✅ What You'll Do
- Own the AI Academy
- Design, build, and continuously evolve the curriculum that trains our team on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Run live teaching sessions, workshops, and ongoing enablement for the team.
- Constantly surface and share new AI developments, tools, and techniques — keep Assistant Launch on the leading edge.
- Drive AI-Forward Transformation
Identify where the team (external: EAs, Specialists, etc.) can meaningfully adopt AI to work faster and better, and lead that adoption end-to-end.
- Ensure every workflow taught is one our Specialists and Assistants can credibly replicate inside a live client account — not a generic AI skill, but one that shows up as a deliverable the client notices.
- Partner with Client Success to identify which AI-driven improvements are actually landing with clients, and feed that back into the curriculum.
- Partner with leadership periodically on direction, but own execution and day-to-day decisions independently.
- Build genuine AI fluency and enthusiasm across the team, not just deliver one-off training sessions.
- Keep building, testing, and playing with new AI tools and resources — this is how you stay fresh, and it's expected to happen naturally given how much you already love this space.
Requisitos
👩🏻💻 What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience teaching, training, or creating educational content around AI — curriculum design experience strongly preferred.
- Demostrated ability to take someone with zero AI background from confused to independently capable — with a specific example you can point to, not just a claim of being a good communicator.
- An existing following or community in the AI space — you're already doing this; we want you doing it for us.
- Genuine, deep enthusiasm for AI; you're already building and experimenting with new tools on your own time.
- Strong communication and people skills, comfortable teaching and engaging a team with a range of technical backgrounds.
Self-directed and comfortable fully owning a function with only periodic check-ins from leadership.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience building or maintaining AI tools/agents.
