AI Automation Specialist

🛄Role Overview ☑️The AI Automation Specialist will work directly with department leaders across Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to identify manual processes, streamline workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions. The AI Automation Specialist will serve as the organization's internal AI and automation expert, helping teams leverage Claude Desktop Enterprise, workflow automation platforms, MCP integrations, and connected business systems to reduce manual work, improve reporting, automate dashboards, and increase operational efficiency. This role bridges business process improvement and technical execution, requiring deep fluency in modern AI tools, automation platforms, and business systems. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and significant visibility across the organization.

👩🏻‍💻Qualifications Experience -3+ years of experience in business process automation, operations, systems management, business analysis, AI implementation, or a related field. -Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows within a business environment. -Experience automating reporting processes, dashboards, and operational workflows. -Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders. -Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools. -Hands-on experience with Claude Desktop Enterprise, MCP integrations, and connected business systems is strongly preferred. 📍Qualifications Skills -Deep understanding of Claude Desktop Enterprise, including Projects, Artifacts, prompting, workflows, and MCP connections. -Hands-on experience building automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar automation platforms. -Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. -Ability to map business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions. -Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. -Experience configuring and managing MCP connections within Claude and integrating Claude with external systems, business applications, and data sources. -Familiarity working with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or comparable CRM platforms. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Business-minded problem solver who can independently identify opportunities for improvement. -Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives them through completion. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
