The business is expanding rapidly and places deep trust in the specialists who help shape its technology strategy - making this an environment where your expertise directly influences how the company grows and evolves. 🛄The AI Automation Specialist will research, evaluate, and operationalize AI tools and automation workflows across marketing, operations, and customer experience functions. This is a hands-on implementation and enablement role - not an engineering position - focused on integrating the right tools, documenting repeatable systems, and empowering team members to use AI effectively at scale. The AI Implementation Specialist will also oversee SEO content systems and contribute to reporting infrastructure powered by automation.

📍Qualifications - Experience ☑️3+ years of experience in AI implementation, marketing technology, or workflow automation. ☑️Deep familiarity with the AI tool landscape, including LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms. ☑️Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n. ☑️Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO. ☑️Comfortable integrating tools via APIs and no-code/low-code connectors. ☑️Basic understanding of data, analytics, and reporting concepts. ☑️Experience in DTC, ecommerce, telehealth, or subscription businesses is preferred. ☑️Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
